Terms & Conditions
1) Scope of Work
All work is performed only as described in the written estimate/proposal or approved change order. Any work not listed is not included.
2) Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Pricing is subject to material availability, lead times, and manufacturer/supplier price changes.
3) Scheduling & Site Access
Scheduling depends on crew availability and material lead times. Customer must provide safe, reasonable access to the work area, equipment rooms, and door locations during scheduled work windows.

-
Remaining balance is due upon substantial completion.
-
Past-due balances may pause work and service support until paid.

9) Returns / Special Orders
Special-order items may be non-returnable. If returns are allowed, restocking fees and return shipping costs may apply.
10) Limitation of Liability

11) Project Conditions & Discovery Items
Concealed conditions (hidden wiring issues, damaged frames/doors, blocked pathways, unsafe electrical, etc.) may require additional labor/materials and may be handled via change order.
